The Badminton Business Summit will take place at the Hilton Toronto\/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa, ahead of the 2026 YONEX Canada Open. This one-day event will bring together PTSO representatives and badminton community leaders to discuss a wide range of sport business topics.\u00a0<\/p>

The Badminton Business Summit is open to PTSO representatives, secondary PTSO representatives, and other badminton community members invited through their PTSO, including clubs, players, and interested participants.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L’\u00e9v\u00e9nement est ouvert aux repr\u00e9sentants des PTSO, aux repr\u00e9sentants secondaires des PTSO, ainsi qu\u2019aux autres membres de la communaut\u00e9 du badminton invit\u00e9s par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de leur PTSO, y compris les clubs, les joueurs et les participants int\u00e9ress\u00e9s.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • \u00a0<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

      • Primary PTSO Representative<\/b><\/span><\/p>

        • Each PTSO may identify one Primary PTSO Representative to receive funding support from Badminton Canada.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

        • This support includes:<\/span><\/p>

          • Economy flight from their home province to Toronto Pearson Airport, booked through Badminton Canada\u2019s travel agent<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Hotel accommodations from June 28 to July 1 at the YONEX Canada Open tournament hotel<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Breakfast through the hotel booking<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Snacks, lunch, and dinner during the Badminton Business Summit<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • Transportation from the hotel to the competition venue on June 30 and July 1<\/span><\/p><\/li>

          • VIP passes and lunch at the YONEX Canada Open competition venue<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

            *Primary PTSO Representatives are welcome to stay longer to attend the YONEX Canada Open. However, any hotel costs beyond July 1 will be the responsibility of the participant.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

            • Secondary PTSO Representative<\/b><\/span><\/p>

              • PTSOs may also send a Secondary PTSO Representative to attend the Summit.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

              • Secondary PTSO Representatives will receive:<\/span><\/p>

                • Snacks, lunch, and dinner during the Badminton Business Summit<\/span><\/p><\/li>

                • VIP passes to the YONEX Canada Open for June 30 and July 1<\/span><\/p><\/li>

                • Transportation from the hotel to the competition venue<\/span><\/p><\/li>

                • Access to the tournament hotel room block from June 28 to July 1<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                  *Travel costs for Secondary PTSO Representatives are not covered by Badminton Canada.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

                  • Clubs and Other Participants<\/b><\/span><\/p>

                    • PTSOs may invite clubs, players, and other interested participants from their province to attend the Badminton Business Summit.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li>

                    • The cost for these participants is $100, which includes:<\/span><\/p>

                      • Snacks and lunch during the Badminton Business Summit<\/span><\/p><\/li>

                      • VIP access to the YONEX Canada Open on June 30 and July 1 for all sessions<\/span><\/p><\/li>

                      • Snacks at the event<\/span><\/p><\/li>

                      • Access to the tournament hotel room block at their own cost<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                        *Travel and hotel costs for clubs and other participants are not covered by Badminton Canada.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

                          • Ce soutien comprend :<\/span><\/p>

                            • Un vol en classe \u00e9conomique de leur province d\u2019origine \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport Toronto Pearson, r\u00e9serv\u00e9 par l\u2019agent de voyage de Badminton Canada.<\/span><\/p><\/li>

                            • L\u2019h\u00e9bergement \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel du tournoi du YONEX Canada Open du 28 juin au 1er juillet.<\/span><\/p><\/li>
